Kate’s springtime pasta

Jack writes in that Kate “made some really yummy pasta tonight – it tasted wonderful and fresh – I made her take a picture before we finished it so that I could send it to you!” And I am reposting it here for all the (blog) world to see. It does look delicious! Wish I’d have tasted it with more than my imagination.

Cherry tomatoes

Topped with some grated romano/pecorino (left over from carbonara night)
