Ben and Rachel came over for a super casual dinner tonight. We had gnochetti sardi with garden pesto and blueberry sorbet.

Blend 2 cups of blueberries in the food processor.
Add the juice of one lemon.
Add about a quarter cup of simple syrup to taste.
Add some limoncello and chambord.
