Eataly

Neither the opening of Palazzo Madama after 19 years of renovations, nor the Veneria gardens could draw my attention from Torino’s newest attraction: Eataly, Slow Food’s emporium where you can “buy, eat and learn” all things Italian. I dedicate this blog to the best Italian chefs I know: Carla e Laura. Thanks for setting me on the right path.
