Pumpkin ravioli

Got them at Carlino’s last month and made them for Barbara tonight, with butter sage sauce. “They taste like Christmas!” she said with her first bite. She was right – though wrapped in high quality pasta, the pumpkin filling was spiced and sweet, not savory, as expected. We grated some bra duro cheese on them, but the dish simply wasn’t all that great. Pazienza!
