Beef with sage

There isn’t much to say about this simple dish. We bought the beef sliced thinly, pressed it into seasoned flour and sauteed it in butter and sage. It took less than 10 minutes. It tasted fine. The only issue in its prep was that I didn’t watch it carefully enough to prevent the cutlets from sticking to the pan. Oh well! I’ve never claimed to be an expert in cooking meat.
