Perciatelli R2

perciatelli I was uninspired. Again. Threw in a few handfuls of arugula to the bowl of cooked pasta. Tossed in a bit of oil and some grated parmigiano, then decided to use the spoonful of ricotta remaining in the tub I used for this afternoon’s batch of limoncello cookies. Don’t think I’d make this again, but it was good enough for a quick and easy meal.

    I would add fresh cherry tomatoes, toasted walnuts and some black pepper.

  2. Guarda, Carlo, mi manca la fantasia. E la depressione. Caspita! Se avessi i pomodori, li avrei usati. Grazie per i suggerimenti, ma non farei di nuovo questo piatto di %$#@^. Pazienza!
