I ate a super bowl of “Turkish” salad for lunch on this sunny Sunday afternoon. My guest winged its creation, choosing ingredients as he went along. Its flavors blended perfectly. I was struck by the uniformity of pepper and onion pieces. Even the parsley was chopped fairly evenly. It was lemony too, just as I like it. Wow.
