Hello, Eataly!

So here I am on the eve before my travel to Italy for Simona’s wedding. I learned that our plans for my arrival include a quick shower and a hasty trip to Eataly, where we’ll have dinner with other out of town visitors. I can’t believe it’s been almost a year since we went there, AND that I’ll get to visit it as my very first Italian excursion this year. Can’t begin to describe how excited I am – any dredges of jet lag had better disappear pronto upon arrival!
